Dear Radish!

Between bouts of sunbathing yesterday, Radish had a little delve into his post bag. This one caught his attention.

Dear Radish

Guide dogs, dogs helping the deaf, dogs licking tears and not leaving your side when you are ill, dogs detecting diseases. Why are all of you such natural healers and so kind and caring to us humans?

Baffled but grateful

Dear Baffled but Grateful

Its going to take you humans a lot more time to chew on all the ways dogs are helping and healing you. We're very patient, especially with patients. Get it wag wag! Bet you didnt know I could tell a joke or two, laughter is so good for the soul.

So back to the question, why do we want to help you, care for you and serve you? The answer, of course, is that we do it all for love. Its as simple as that - we love you.

Earnestly yours

  1. Dear Radish
I did it again!! and disgraced my self in front of company. I had my spaniel cuz with me and she followed me into the mud. She has different fur to me and so her coat soaked it up like a sponge. She looked Lovely, oops, I mean a mess !

    Mud, mud, Glorious mud,
Nothing quite like it for cooling the blood,
So follow me, follow me, down to the hollow,
And there we will Wallow in Glooorious MUD.
    He he x
    Chummy bum sniffs
    Your dirty old mucker x

  2. Hello me old Mucker!

It's Radders here, nowt wrong with a bit of mud mate. There are just somethings about us that they will never understand, if mud wasnt glorious then why write a song saying it is, thats what I say.

Anyway Dyl Bob, I am not particularly flavour of the month either. I have a recently found penchant for consuming horse muck! Even I can see why they may find that disgusting but I implore the Mumster to try it. Its delicious mate.

Well Mumster can talk she eats Sprouts! I know mate, whats all that about.

As for the mud Dyl Bob, too much of a good thing isnt good for you, so I suggest you just indulge occasionally and keep Dmama sweet.

Chummy bum sniffs as ever me old mucker mate.

    Radders xx
